Above a picture of our Nature Table. It's getting busy with rootchildren, bulbs and snowdrops. We have been really warm weather and in our garden here at Pale Rose cottage they are in full bloom. What a cheerful sight :)
Yesterday my hair, the part the hairdresser cut off, was send away in the post. To the place where they turn it into a wig. A very strange package to send/hold. But it's for a really good cause! And I do not regret cutting my hair for a second. We came back from our walk to the postoffice a little bit cold. Especially my feet felt a tiny bit frozen and as it was time to eat lunch, and we fancied something warm. My mom said "Lets bake some tomatoes"& we did, with some basil from our fresh plant and garlic. A simple meal that always reminds me of rainy school days. Mom would prepare some baked tomatoes on those days too :)
Have you ever baked and eaten tomatoes on bread? Send off a strange package that would bring joy to a sick person? Or had something else entirely happen this week that you'd like to share with us here at the cottage, please do!
